UIVRA

Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

UIVRA is operated by Ruslan Savchuk, an individual trading as UIVRA. UIVRA is the brand and product name; Ruslan Savchuk is the individual operator and seller. In these Terms, "we" and "us" refer to Ruslan Savchuk trading as UIVRA.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UIVRA Chrome extension and any paid features offered under the UIVRA brand. By installing the extension or purchasing a paid feature, you agree to these Terms.

1. What UIVRA is

UIVRA is a browser extension for designers and developers. It provides tools to inspect, understand, compare, audit and rebuild web interfaces. The core inspection features are available free of charge. We also offer paid features described below.

UIVRA is a tool for analysing pages and components that you are permitted to analyse. It does not grant you any rights in the underlying websites, designs, code or other content you inspect.

2. Licence to use

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use UIVRA in your browser for your own internal and professional purposes.

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, rent or lease UIVRA, or distribute it as part of another product or service;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or derive the source code of the extension, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
  • circumvent, disable or interfere with any licence, entitlement or usage verification in the extension or our services;
  • use UIVRA to violate any applicable law, or to infringe the rights of others.

3. Paid features

We currently offer the following paid products:

  • UIVRA Pro (annual subscription) — a yearly subscription that unlocks Pro features for the current subscription period and renews until cancelled.
  • UIVRA Pro Lifetime — a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features without an expiry date.
  • AI Credits — prepaid credits purchased in packs and consumed when you use AI-powered features. Credits are not subscriptions and do not renew.

Features, limits and pricing may change from time to time. Where a change materially reduces the value of a feature you have already paid for, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before the change takes effect.

4. Accounts and access

Access to paid features is tied to your browser installation and the access key issued to it. You are responsible for keeping your browser profile and stored credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your access key. If you believe your key has been lost or compromised, contact us so that we can help you re-establish access.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase a paid feature.

5. Payments and Paddle

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable sales tax, VAT and chargeback handling on our behalf. Your payment relationship for the transaction is with Paddle, subject to Paddle's own terms, which are presented to you at checkout.

UIVRA does not receive, process or store your full card number or card security code. UIVRA receives only confirmation of a completed transaction, such as the transaction reference, the product purchased and the amount.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and Paddle's policies. Because Paddle is the merchant of record, approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use UIVRA to:

  • break any law or infringe any third-party right;
  • analyse or extract content from sites in breach of their terms, robots directives or a court order;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or network;
  • interfere with the extension, our backend, or the payment flow, including by automating requests to create transactions or credit balances;
  • resell, scrape or republish our paid features.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep UIVRA available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed or deprecated, and we may suspend features for maintenance or security reasons. We are not liable for losses caused by extended or unplanned downtime.

9. Termination

You may stop using UIVRA at any time, and you may uninstall the extension at any time. Uninstalling does not by itself cancel a subscription; to stop future renewals, cancel the subscription as described in the Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, for example by misusing the extension or attempting to manipulate entitlements or payments. Where termination affects a paid feature, we will tell you the reason.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UIVRA is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of UIVRA is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the affected product in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of profits or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or any liability that would be unlawful to limit.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use UIVRA after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
